Co-ed Flag Football Offense and Defense plays?
I run a co-ed adult team, and I'm looking for input on the best plays on offense, AND defense. We play 8 on the field, 3 girls and 5 guys. Especially on defense..do we go zone, or man? It seems like we can play man, but sometimes get beat, and zone seems to be ineffective with girls…thanks!
