What defense will work for my 8 man flag football team for 10 & 11 year olds?

What defense will work for my 8 man flag football team for 10 & 11 year olds?
We are one of the smaller teams but we have good speed. I'm think 3 dline, 4 linebackers and 1 safety. In a zone system. If we were bigger I would go 4-3-1 but since we are not I will reverse it.
